Changes....

This past two weeks, me and my future monkey trainer has change the way we eat, not entirely though, we cuba sikit-sikit dulu but so far, it has been going so good. Starting from last week, I dah tak masak bende-bende bergoreng, kalau I masak pun I letak satu sudu kecil minyak and so far I cuma goreng telur aje sebab nak buat telur goreng kicap favourite si mamat handsome I tu. Most of the meal that I prepared I masak asam pedas, singgang, steam and grilled which tak memerlukan oil. Begitu juga with the vegetables, I rebus-rebus aje. Air pun I minum either air juice or air yogurt and I perbanyakkan minum air putih walau agak payah tapi sejak akhir-akhir ini dah jadi kebiasaan. I tak makan junk food lagi, I buang all the sweets/candy, yang penting chocolate mesti ada and I keep stock every now and then, itu I xboleh tinggal, no compromise. Ice cream pun I makan yang yogurt/fat free eventhough it is quite expensive but demi kesihatan and badan. Now days I tengok nutritious value and I make sure the stuff that I’m going to buy is fat free/low fat/less sugar.

Selain daripada itu, I banyakkan makan prunes and kadang-kadang I makan muesli kalau I teringin nak mengunyah which is very rare nowadays. Roti, I tak makan roti putih lagi, I dah tukar ke roti oatmeal/bran. I jarang makan nasi, dalam seminggu 3 or 4 kali aje but malam langsung I tak ambik (bukan sebab I diet but malam memang I tak ada selera). I cuma makan roti atau mee in my cup/mug kalau dah tak tahan. I suka makan buah tapi I malas nak kopak the skin so I wait for my muscle man to do it for me. Sekarang I cukup suka makan kiwi golden, sedap sangat pada I.

Anyway, tujuan I ubah my/our lifestyle is for health reason and sebab I nak jaga badan. Maklumla dah berumur nie, penampilan still nak kena jaga. Mungkin pada orang lain tak penting but for me it is important begitu juga dalaman. What is the point of having a good exterior tapi dalam badan ada macam-macam penyakit. Tua tak apa sebab semua orang akan mengalaminya janji sihat, itu yang penting. Apa guna umur muda tapi nampak tua dari segi rupa dan badan.

My next agenda is to heret that sexy guy to exercise with me. At the moment beliau amat liat untuk diajak. Pelbagai alasan yang tak lojik diberi. By this time he is running out of excuses it seems. The other day he finally said yes when I asked him to go out and exercise with me which membuatkan I sungguh terkejut sehingga I memandang dia for a good one minute. I know hati dia sungguh berat kerana beliau amat sayang pada perut mungilnya yang sexy itu but being the pushy, manipulative bitch that I am, even the Sultan would say yes just to keep me quiet hahahaha.....

suka2 baca nih.. kakak sgt concern pasal kesihatan. sy respek (bukan nak ikut huh.) ahahah tapi skang nih byk yg ikut dh. time preggy nih takut macam2 penyakit leh kena. hopefully smpai dah bersalin pun still ikut lg la apa yg elok.

ehh tetibe panggil KAKAK kan. motif???????? hahaa

adikkkk, buat masa skrg abg adik masih menyimpan angan untuk menjadi trainer yang amat hebat hahaha..

dik, apa salahnya ikut bende yang baik utk kesihatan. A'hah time preggy lagi kena jagakan.
