This is the first dish/menu that I cooked for 2011 and also the first time that I've tried from buku resepi yang I beli about 2 months ago. I was walking around kat dalam Popular Bookstore when I came across the book and I remember Fiez penah mentioned and pegi kat KL to join bengkel memasak from this famous chef. So bila I nampak je I terus grab and I belek-belek. Wah, macam menarik and simple aje, ingredient pun yang kita familiar. From the picture and the way it was cooked I dapat rasakan that it is going to be delicious.
And so, tengahari tadi I gave it a try. I letak sebijik chili merah (chili hijau tak ada), memandangkan perut I yang sungguh oversensitive nih. What I can tell you, base on my citarasa, it was so yummy and so very easy to make. I senang-senang I ndak la try, kalau susah-susah tak kuasa I (sebenarnya malas, yang remeh temeh nih).

As for my azam untuk turun berat badan? Yeah right! Belasah macam nak giler tengahari tadi and sebelah petang pulak I masak cucur ikan and kejap tadi baru lepas makan biskut danish 5 keping and sekarang nie minum air milo....huhu.... Exercise? Lets just say my mind is doing the exercise... So much for azam, see I've told you?
